We have a couple of ticketed gigs at the beginning of August. Friday August 3rd is at Talking Heads, Southampton. Tickets are available on 02380 678446. Band are on about 10pm and there is a late bar till 2am. Next night, Saturday August 4th is at Wickham Community Centre and tickets are 2.50 available on 01329 833688. Buy your tickets early to ensure disappointment!

Many of you will have seen and met Phils son James at gigs over the last few years. It is with the greatest sadness that we have to announce that James passed away on Tuesday. He was 20 years old. Please feel free to sign our guestbook with your messages and memories of James.Thank you.
Sorry its been so long since we posted but things have been going along nicely. There are new photos up in the gallery and the guestbook is now spam free. We had to spend most of our time clearing adverts off that rather than writing this. Our occasional member Steven T. has made a couple of appearances recently standing in for Stacey leading to a comment ” I miss the banjo.” Things you don’t hear very often or even ever!
We are continuing to try and find new places to play spreading the word etc. We are playing the Waterfront Festival in Gosport this year on Saturday 30th June around about 5pm but before that we will be at Wimborne Folk Fest on 9th June at The White Hart at 3.30pm
Hope to see some friendly faces there.
A very Merry Christmas to all our readers and thanks to everyone who’s come to see us this year. We have a couple of gigs before the big day including Friday 15th at the Fountain in Chichester, one of our favourite places. We are playing for the first time at the Contented Pig in Portsmouth on Friday 29th and the following night at the Railway in Gosport. Next year is filling up nicely with some new venues as well as the usual suspects. All the gigs are on the tour dates page which is always updated regularly. Hope to see you there.
It’s been ages since we wrote anything up here but then not much happens on the guestbook either! We had the whole of August off for our holidays but played Swanage Folk Festival in September. 3 gigs, a good time had by all and Dominic wearing a wedding dress on Saturday night. Since then we have been to a couple of new venues spreading the word and before the end of the year we will be visiting several more.
